The property is constructed on 3 levels with an Upper and Lower Ground Floor. The accommodation will appeal to discerning couples. The lower ground-floor has a basement/storage room from which a staircase leads to the upper ground-floor comprising: Lounge/Kitchen Dining Area. On the top floor is a spacious bedroom with king-size double bed and ShowerRoom. All rooms overlook the river. Outside is a private patio overlooking the river and garden towards Loughrigg Fell.
